Third generation PumpPro3 controller developed by HY-SAVE® in 2001 to control precise operation of LPA® pumps in any applications and to protect against loss of refrigerants, priming or unstable system performance  by measuring differential pressures induced by the LPA pump. As start signal is received, PP3 will sample and constantly monitors pressure differential induced by the LPA during operation, should the LPA differential pressures fall below a predetermined set-point for a pre set period of time due to abnormalities or refrigerant shortage, PP3 will cycle the LPA off and commence a recycle program and re-sample the quality of liquid permitted for proper LPA operation. Should the PP3 cycle consequently for more than a default 15 times, the LPA pump is permanently turned off and optionally the cooling system is restored back to it’s previous running conditions.  Recent Version 3 now includes optional GPRS/Ethernet connectivity for monitoring and reporting low refrigerant levels during operation.
