Every product or service has a requirement: a description of what the customer needs. When a particular product meets that requirement, it has achieved quality.

HY-SAVE® has met that requirement and has been manufacturing LPA® pumps for over 25 years. Over the past 2 years the company has proudly maintained zero defects in its manufacturing control process. This has been achieved after the introduction of many new approaches to existing quality control techniques and total quality management (TQM), a more specific approach to quality assurance (QA).
