Co2 Liquid Refrigerant Pump & LPA Economizer

The LPA® pump is an open-drive sealed unit with important design features:

DXFC™ Wall Mounted Split AC unit with Outdoor Condenser

[Public Disclosure-23rd October 2016] DXFC, DX free cooling the alternative to running

Various Applications

LPA® Model 925 15 to 75 GPM Liquid Pressure Amplification

Model 925 designed with minimal floor space in mind, this low foot print assembly has sufficient capacity to deliver between 15 and 75 GPM and a maximum head of 85 feet.

Model 860 top outlet liquid refrigerant receiver

Model 860 Horizontal 1-5/8″ top outlet liquid refrigerant receiver.
Flow rates in the region of 5 to 35 GPM with a maximum head of 50 feet.
Applications include cold storage, blast freezing, supermarkets and temperature distribution centers.

Liquid Pressure Amplification LPA® Refrigeration Energy Savings

Liquid Pressure Amplification, (LPA®) invented by HY-SAVE in 1984 is still the most efficient energy saving technology available for commercial refrigeration or air conditioning today. Refrigeration energy savings. The LPA® works by boosting liquid refrigerant through the refrigeration system. By increasing the liquid’s pressure, the associated saturation temperature is raised, while the liquid temperature remains the […]

Model 833 Surge Type Receiver Liquid Pressure Amplification

Model 833 Flow rate range 2 to 15 GPM Maximum head 35 feet. Applications include supermarket racks, cold storage or other systems with long liquid lines or high vertical lift from the receiver to the expansion valves. Mechanical sub coolers can be removed from the refrigeration system as the LPA® pump provides sufficient pressure sub cooled liquid to all expansion valves.

DX Cascade Medium Low Temperature Co2 Circuit

A NH3 cascade style first stage condenser and liquid receiver application provides efficient operation for medium and low temperature refrigeration circuits for HFC or Co2 blends. Refrigerant delivered to both medium and low temperature evaporators use a combination of DX Free Cooling and low stage vapor compression to maintain desired temperatures.

Model 875 Surge Type Liquid Receiver

Low profile surge type liquid receiver with 1-5/8″ auto by-pass. Due to system height constraints, the liquid receiver was converted to a surge type.

Water Cooled Condenser with LPA® Pump

Many thousands of LPA® pumps have been installed in this configuration that guarantees a good supply of liquid to the thermostatic or electronic valves when the condensing pressures are low to improve the efficiency of the refrigeration plant. Often during winter conditions, it is difficult to maintain a good supply of liquid to the expansion […]

Model 860-IND-PM8

Model 860-IND Front view installation. Flow rates in the region of 3 to 35 GPM (10 to 132 Litres/Min). Maximum head 50 feet.
Power consumption .4 to .6 HP.

Model 809-SS-Co2 with plate heat exchange and liquid receiver

Model LPA-809-SS-HP Designed to withstand super critical Co2 pressures up to 125 bar developed for Co2 refrigeration.

1 to 4 GPM Head up to 40 feet (12 M) (Product Final Release – July 2016)
