LPA® retrofit completion. Refrigeration energy savings were realized at 38%. Condensing pressure were previously held artificially high at 16 bar (232psi) to maintain the cooling and provide for hot gas defrosting on demand. Now with LPA® installed, the pressures have been reduced to 9 bar (130psi) improving the systems efficiency by 38% annually.
